Sara Bigwood

Sara has worked as an executive coach, team coach, curriculum designer, trainer and speaker on numerous international and North American assignments. As an executive coach, Sara helps leaders reach higher levels of effectiveness and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. As a team coach, she helps teams grow their collective capacity and develop collective leadership. She partners with leaders and team members to find more effective ways of communicating, resolving conflict, and getting work accomplished.
Sara is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is an accredited facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Lumina Assessment, and the 360° Leadership Circle Profile®. Sara will complete the Organization Relationship System Coaching certification process in 2017. She holds a Master of Corporate Communication from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles and an Executive Master of Marketing and Advertising from the Solvay Business School. Sara has completed additional training in somatic coaching, systemic coaching and the Bigger Game Experience.
Sara Bigwood is the author of two books about education, and one book about change (The Expat Method, Mastering Personal and Organizational Change). She recently served as a speaker at the Columbia Coaching Conference, exploring the impact of the stages of adult development on team effectiveness. Sara grew up in Belgium, and moved to New York with her husband and two beautiful children in 2014.
