Jag is an energetic and well-connected ex-UK investment banker, broker, and corporate lawyer with strong facilitation, strategic planning, leadership and management skills. Jag’s education includes a first class law degree from Oxford University and the AMP Programme at Wharton.
Jag is founder of Mont Joly Coaching. As an executive and systems coach, Jag helps leaders, teams and organizations effect transformational and enduring change. He is a member of the ICF, having retrained as a certified Professional Co-Active and Organisational Coach over five years ago. Jag’s corporate insight, financial expertise, and two decades of experience running businesses in London’s financial services arena multiply the power of his coaching.
Jag has worked with large international organizations including HSBC and Arcelor Mittal, mid/small cap quoted companies such as ITE Group Plc, and private businesses and early stage companies including on-line education provider EdPlace Limited. Jag has over twenty years of CEO and board level experience as a trusted adviser to London FTSE 100, FTSE 250, AIM and small cap listed companies. He is or has been an executive board member of FCA regulated entities, a member of the London Stock Exchange Primary Markets Group and has experience as a Chairman. When not serving clients, Jag splits his time between walking in the French Pyrenees where he lives and London.
