Catherine is an executive and team coach with extensive corporate experience in strategy and consulting. Catherine works with senior leaders who want to explore the relationship between leadership and team performance. This work includes coaching teams and individuals, facilitation and advisory work.
Catherine has spent over twenty years in the technology and insurance sectors. From a foundational degree in Computer Science, she has served in a wide range of roles including programmer, project manager, leader and strategy advisor. She retrained and certified as a coach in 2012, and now runs her own business, Belgrave Street. Her clients include large insurers, and early stage startup companies in the technology and consulting sectors. Catherine specializes in working with startup teams to be intentional about their leadership impact and emerging culture.
In addition to her coaching work, Catherine works as a mentor at Startup Bootcamp Insurtech, and a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation. Her blog on Medium explores the bizarre, the geeky and the funny.
