Drew Sanders
Drew is a founding Principal at Banyan Tree Strategies, a business advisory firm specializing in corporate training, strategy, and executive coaching. Sanders is responsible for the positioning of Banyan in the marketplace and for acquiring and leading the talent that comes together to deliver on the firm’s initiatives.
Prior to his work with Banyan, Sanders served as the Executive Vice President for ISU Insurance Services of San Francisco where he led a 25-person team that advised over 3500 clients. Prior to ISU, Sanders was a Principal and Private Equity Group Practice Leader for EPIC where he oversaw an international group of portfolio company insurance programs for several multi-billion dollar private equity, hedge and real estate funds.
Sanders has served as a guest speaker, panellist and corporate trainer for groups including BNP Paribas, Rothstein Kass and Chubb. He is a frequent public speaker with a wide range of subject matter expertise including coach development, servant leadership, and how to work best with the millennial generation.
